Pleased to be able to judge one my favourite breeds for the second time. Not a big entry and sadly a few absentees, however, I was very pleased to see my BOB win a strong Working Group and go on to win BIS.

PD (1) 1 Rutherford’s Chayo Star Of The East. Liked this young man, just 9 months and shows promise, already up to size, strong bone and up on the leg, nice deep chest, head is developing nicely with correct almond shape eye, slightly rolls on the move, but as he tightens and develops he should do really well.

JD (1) 1 Bogle & Horsfield’s Whitewalker Kings Landingat Valknut. This young man found the floor fascinating, strong in bone, pleasing body shape, head developing nicely, ears neat and set well, has good front extension, just needs to tighten up.

PGD (1) 1 Blair & Kerr’s Artictundra Noatak. Another who likes to catch the shadows, good body shape, still needs to develop in chest, pleasing head shape with strong muzzle and slight stop, good bite and dentition, tail a tad tight, has nice clean action when settled.

LD (1) 1 Page Snow’s Legend Believe In You Cedarcreek JW (Rus Imp). Body strong and powerfully built, well off for bone, chest deep, loin and hindquarters well muscled, broad head and neat ears, good stop, correct eye shape and colour, has good front and rear action. RCC.

OD (1) 1 Ellis’ Ch Chayo Cause Celebre. This dog certainly has the wow factor, correct height to ratio, broad head with strong muzzle and slight stop, correct eye shape and colour, has good drop of ribcage and depth of chest, body strong and powerful with well muscled loin and quarters, feet large and compact, thick coarse guard coat, easy tireless movement with good front extension, finishes the picture carrying correct sloping topline with waving plume. CC & BOB.

PB (4,3) 1 Lockhart & Semple’s Cahppes Ending Love (Imp Swe). Pleasing outline, has nice head shape and neat ears, already has good depth of chest and ample stifle ,when settled moved well showing good front extension, hope she grows on. BP.

JB (4) 1 Warwick’s First Lady With Tolketna (Imp KG). Nice sound youngster, pleasing head shape and almond eye, neck moderately arched, excellent shoulder placement, moved well. 2 Ellis’ Chayo Vasilisa. Another to like for type, up on the leg, pleasing head, almond eye, dark in colour, neat ears, ample shoulders, touch wide in front, but one that carries correct topline on the move. 3 Sutherland’s Dream Wolves Hocus Pocus.

PGB (2,1) 1 Horsman-Phoenix’s Snow Legend Be My Lucky Nordic Winds JW (Imp Rus). 14 months old, head developing nicely, neat small ears, strong neck, needs time to develop in chest and ribcage, tends to roll at present, but time is on her side.

LB (4,1) 1 Campbell & Elliott’s Pacice Neiden Winterland. This young lady has a nice body shape, head a little strong for me and eye shape could be better, however, she has strong arched neck, good shoulder placement, strong in loin and muscular quarters, on the move she is very sound, shows good front extension, keeping good topline with waving plume. RCC. 2 Dobson & Wolfe’s Suitarkka La Dolle Vita. Liked her head shape, strong muzzle, slight stop, tail a tad tight, rolls slightly when on the move, one who would benefit from some road work. 3 Horsman & Horsman-Phoenix’s Nordic Winds In Your Dream.

OB (3,1) 1 Page’s Cedarcreek Frozen In Time. Liked the overall shape of this young lady, correct height to ratio, pleasing head with slight stop and almond eye and brown in colour, correct bite, neck moderately arched, loin and quarters strong, deep chest, coat of correct texture, when she moves has good front extension and good drive from her hindquarters, yes her tail is a tad tight but she just excels in quality and could not be overlooked CC her second I understand, hope it’s not long before she gets her title. 2 Anderton-Tyers Northspirit Born To Shine At Flintsky. Shorter coupled, quite strong in head, eye shape could be better, chest strong and deep, moved ok.

VB (1) 1 Page & Horsman-Phoenix’s Ch Shakira Northwest Artic. Bitch of good substance strong in head,neat ears, good bite, shoulder placement good, deep chest, a little straight in stifle, moved well.
