I was both delighted and honoured to be awarding my first set of CC’s at the Royal Welsh showground at Wales Kennel Club. In general I found the type in males to vary, whereas the females were of a much better type all around. Pleasing to see so many dogs in nice muscled condition. The ring was a challenge for both dogs and exhibitor on the day, but everyone coped admirably. Well done to the exhibitors and dogs for consideration for each other in the larger classes, a testament to the temperament of the dogs.

1 John’s Nyrakym’s All That Remains Samaljankan (Imp USA). Good muscle and pleasing head, correct oblique set eyes and good ears set, moved well with good short loin.
2 Drake & Holt’s Freezefactor Tis The Season At Breconfrost. Misbehaved slightly but still a puppy. Not shown in the condition of one.

1 Pitcher’s Marahootay Linx Under Tatkresiwok. Well proportioned with good croup and substance and pleasing head. Would benefit from more practiced handling.
2 Ellis’ Ice Gangsta’s Ball Of Fire For Chayo (Imp). Red and white. Nicely balanced male with quite strong head and lacked the muscle of one.
3 Forsey & Louch’s Muzoku Let’s Go Crazy.

PGD (5,2)
1 Richardson’s Icyclawz Daayvelaski Miami. Won this class on movement. Mature dog with nice strong loin. Adequate head.
2 Pitcher’s Marahootay Linx Under Tatkresiwok. Had all the breed essential qualities, lovely head in ears and created a good outline, unfortunately didn’t settle on the move, so didn’t really challenge for this class.
3 Woodall’s Monikoona Ice Chief Brody.

1 Loades’ Snowolf Black Ice Buddy. Black and white. Masculine head, nice expression and adequate substance, and angles front and back correct moved well.
2 Ellis’ Chayo Silver Fox JW (ai). Needs to come together in front on the move. With a little more confidence will have a good future.
3 Thompson’s Libertia In The Red Again At Shomont.

OD (9,3)
1 Ellis & Nevinson’s Chayo Golden Touch ShCM. Well muscled and heavily boned, pleasing head, would prefer more croup. If handler can get this dog to move without being restricted it would show his qualities to far better advantage.
2 Ellis’ Chayo Formula One. Slightly shorter in the back than I would prefer. Still maturing to do with pleasing head moved well.
3 Mountstephens & Pullin’s Inupiats Qulit Henrik At Whitewalker (Imp Nor).

VB (3,1)
1 Loades’ Ch Snowolf Manhatten Marvel. Balanced throughout. Nice feet quality head and good croup moved well in profile. Covered the ground well.
2 Whyman & Murray’s Tailfly Rainbow Ribbons. Still pleasing head a bit more cobby than would prefer, although age considered, parallel on out and back.

PB (3,1)
1 Clarke’s Electra Illa Kuvianartok At Whiteout (Imp). Balanced today! Quality head and settled on the move, excellent proportions and nice croup.
2 Ellis’ Chayo One Moment In Time. Equally placing head and nice bone, glimpses of good movement once settled, but also has nice balance.

1 Forsey & Louch’s Muzoku Baby I’m A Star. Good proportions and pretty head, nice bend of stifle and carrying good muscle, moved well.

PGB (2,1)
1 Page’s Cedarcreek Frozen In Time. Pretty head and lovely forward reach, quite compact, back end still to develop, although still in good muscled condition.

LB (4,2)
1 Horsman-Phoenix & Horsman’s Nordicwinds American Dream JW ShCM. Compact, correct poles into pasterns, workman like movement and good proportions.
2 Loades’ Snowolf Blackpowder Chick. Racier than I would like. Acting up, but good substance, out of coat, nice and parallel behind, but would not settle.

OB (6)
1 Ellis’ Chayo Blue Diamond (ai). Balanced throughout and out of coat at the moment, nice substance and proportions, pretty head an excellent profile movement. Good length of leg, tireless and rhythmic on the move.
2 Marshall’s Ch Kaskae Butterfly Lily. Remembered her coat but didn’t have the movement of first, good croup and still lovely reach, would prefer more athleticism.
3 Mogg’s Skidooshooz Spot Lites On Me JW.
