Firstly thanks to the Association for the invitation to judge at this lovely show and to my very efficient stewards. Also, of course, to all the exhibitors who entered with such good dogs. Just one or two were too close behind for me, I did spot one level mouth. Otherwise no serious areas of concern. Temperaments and presentation was absolutely first class in all. There was also a nice atmosphere around the ring. Over the years many things have happened to make me smile, some dogs (usually spitz breeds) will sing to you, others want to play or wash your face but I had a first at this show when I actually had a puppy want to dance with me… and I mean a ‘Strictly’ type waltz!!! It could only be a spitz breed to do this…. still smiling!

1 Ellis’ Chayo Cause Celebre. 11 mth super dog. Well muscled, good bone, strong topline, loin and thigh. Angulation not yet fully balanced but correct for this age. However, his movement is so fluent and easy already and he uses his hocks well. He also has a super well proportioned head and dark eye, and can dance! BP.

1 Woodhead’s Noraisy Take My Breath Away. 17 mths and another good one. Very well muscled, good strong topline, loin and thighs. Super bone and feet. Head is well proportioned with good oblique set dark eye and super pigment. Angulation is just about balanced and movement reach, drive and smooth easy profile.
2 Smith’s Snowshoes Telmarine King. Close up to first on many aspects so similar remarks apply. Strong muscle on the loin and thigh. Even movement with reach and drive, not quite so firm in front as first today. He also has a super head and expressive dark oblique set eyes.

1 Holt’s Freezefactor Tis The Season At Breconfrost. Pleasing outline, strong topline good muscle on loin and thighs. Strong bone, good chest and angulation is balanced well. His head is masculine and well proportioned with good dark eye and well set ears. One the move, once settled, had the necessary reach and drive to work.
2 Tippett’s Cristakell Quin Julius At Snowtip. 4 yr old with wonderful character. Very pleasing head and expression, super dark oblique set eye. Strong muscle, topline, loin and thigh and well balanced through. Moves well but just did not settle fully today.

1 Good class. 1 John’s Cristakell April Solstice. 3 yrs, almost mature, loved his size, muscle, balance and temperament. Super head, excellent dark eye, obliquely set and very good ears. Angulation is balanced and his movement has reach, drive and power. CC & BOB.
2 Snowshoes King’s Legacy. Who is very close up to first, so same remarks apply. The only difference today I felt first was driving off a little more from his hocks, but should make up. RCC.

1 Blackburn’s Ger Ch Cristakell April Shadows. Very pleasing in overall outline, muscletone and balance. Strong topline, loin and thigh. Super bone and feet. Good masculine head with dark well set eye and good pigment. On the move looked easy yet with the required reach and drive.
2 Fithern’s Lux JCh Monikoona Isidurs Light. Another good all round make and shape. Very well muscled and balanced, good chest, strong loin and thigh. Masculine head and expression, good dark eye and well set ears. On the move also uses his hocks to provide drive just not quite as firm in front as first today.

1 Wolfe’s Ch Hawkeye Polarni Usvit (Imp). 8 yrs young. Lovely outline, well muscled strong loin and thigh. Super head and expression, good dark oblique set eyes and well held ears. Good topline and angulation is balanced so movement is smooth and true belying his years.

1 Smith’s Snowshoes Silver Lining. 6 mths and oh my, how lovely she is. Already has a good feminine head, lovely dark oblique set eye and well set ears. Overall shape is super. Angulation is moderate and balanced for age and on the move she is positive and true for such a baby.

1 Ellis’ Chayo Glitterbug. 11 mths. Very pretty head and expressive dark eyes. Nice depth to chest, angulation moderate and balanced for age. On the move uses her hocks for drive but still needs to firm up in front which time will do. Very promising.
2 Jelfs’ Lapema Gia Visto. Close up to one so same remarks apply, just not quite as settled on the move, but oh so promising.

1 Smith’s Snowshoes The White Witch. 14 mths and what a little cracker. Lovely feminine head, good dark eye and super pigment and well set and held ears. Moderate angulation balanced for age. Quality bone and feet. On the move made it look so easy, used her hocks to provide drive and reach also good stride for age too. Loved her.

2 Clarke’s Electra Illa Kuvianartok At Whiteout. 22 mth, bit of a teenager but angulation balanced for age. Pretty head and expression, good dark eye. Depth of chest, bone and feet all right, again for age, as is her movement just could not quite match first today.

1 Page’s Cedarcreek Frozen In Time. 3 yr old who screams quality. Loved her size, make and shape. Well balanced moderate angulation. Super bone and feet. A very feminine head with good dark eye oblique set and very good neat ears. Good depth to chest. strong loin and thigh and her movement is just what I want to see, with reach, drive and easy stride. Gave her the RCC last time and now she’s ready for the upgrade. Loved her. CC.
2 Brown’s Skidooshooz Bohemian Soul Of Cupun. Larger cast than first but also has a feminine head and expression. Good firm muscle, especially on the loin and thighs. Good depth of chest, bone and feet. Her action has drive and reach but just could not match one today.

1 Ellis’ Ch Chayo Blue Diamond. Mature 5 yr old with breed type, good feminine head, well set dark eye and well held ears. Good depth of chest, super bone and feet. Angulation well balanced so her movement is smooth easy yet has drive from well used hocks, also has reach and drive.
2 Jelf’s Justami Meoquanee Per Lapema. Another mature 6 yr old, this time a red. Out of coat but then balance is obvious. Good depth of chest, bone and feet. Well proportioned feminine head, deep amber eye, good expression. On the move has reach and drive but not quite that of first today.

1 Page’s Cedarcreek Exquisite. Seven and a half yrs old, belying her years. Super feminine head, lovely dark well set eye. Topline, loin are strong and angulation is well balanced. Movement is strong and powerful yet looks so easy. Told later she is the mother of my CC winner.
2 Blaney’s Ch Windberg Paparazzi To Fenrirkin. 8 yrs young. Temperament of a puppy. Pleasing outline, good muscle, bone and feet. Another feminine head and expression. Good depth to chest and movement is zlsdo positive with drive and reach. Just not as settled as one today.
