Firstly, thanks to the committee for offering me the opportunity to give CCs for the first time and for such wonderful hospitality. Secondly, to my wonderful stewards who kept me calm and on track with such professionalism and finally to those who took time to enter under me on the day.
Coats were in varying stages as expected at this time of the year and I didn’t penalise where it was lacking as the texture and indicative length is still there. Unfortunately, the heat did affect some performances and I’m sure on another day some of the positions would have been different. All dogs were all presented well and temperaments were sound.

1st Page’s SNOW LEGEND BELIEVE IN YOU CEDARCREEK (imp RUS) 9-month-old with a lovely outline. His head is developing nicely. Well placed ears and thick leathers, dark oblique eyes with a typical expression. Nice length of leg leading to good, large feet. Good overall shape and well held tail. Nice substance without being overdone. His shape was held well on the move which was balanced and steady for one so young. Pleased to offer him BP & BJ.
2nd Smith’s SNOWSHOES NOBLE ONE Lovely little 7-month-old who was presented in top condition. An appealing head with dark eyes and well set ears. Nice shape with good length of leg and finished with a well held tail. Much to like but not the substance of 1.

2nd Woodgate’s SNOWSHOES RING PRESENCE 10-month-old heavier set pup. Strong head with good oblique eyes, slightly larger ears. Well proportioned body with good bone and lovely feet. Wonderful tail. Moved better in this class with someone to chase.

1st Roach & Pyper’s CELTICICE TYNAM QUILLAN 3-year-old starting to mature nicely. Nice shape to head, good eyes and ears. Well balanced angulation front and rear, harsh coat and well held tail. Moved out well, holding his topline and straight both coming and going.
2nd Murray’s SNOWMISCHIEF BURNING LOVE 2-year-old male. Typical head with strong muzzle, good bite. Good angulation both front and rear and a nice sloping topline. Beautiful tail. Not as settled on the move as 1.
3rd Holt’s FREEZEFACTOR TIS THE SEASON AT BRECONFROST

1st Blaney’s VIKING FENRIR KIN OF KIYARA’S WOLF PAK (imp DE) 6-year-old coming into maturity. Good head with dark eye and well set ears, scissor bite. Nice harsh coat. Deep chest in well constructed front, good topline and moderate rear angulation finished with a lovely wagging tail. He tends to over stretch when standing but once on the move his clean construction can be seen.
2nd Horsman & Horsman- Phoenix’s NORDICWINDS AMERICAN IDOL 5-year-old male. Good strong head, again good eyes and ear set. Well presented with harsh coat, moderate angulation throughout, a good depth of chest and body length. Lovely tail. A lot to like but seemingly less settled on the move today.

1st Ellis’s CHAYO CAUSE CELEBRE This 19-month-old sets and impressive outline. His skull is strong without being coarse, dark eyes, small ears with thick leathers and a strong muzzle. Good length to height, developed topline. Good spring of rib, moderate front angulation. Rear showing muscle, he stood strong and true. He moved out with strength and purpose, showing good balance and reach with nothing overdone and surely more to come. BD & BOB
2nd Smith’s CH MLT IVRAM BRADLIEY YOU’RE THE ONE AT SNOWSHOES (imp MLT) 3-year-old showing great maturity in this class. A good solid head with a bit more stop than I would prefer but still carries a soft expression. Well placed ears carry an arched neck into a strong topline and lovely tail. Strong front assembly, deep chest and moderate rear. Moved out nicely, was balanced and struck a good shape, much to like. RBD

2nd Holt’s FREEZEFACTOR TIS THE SEASON AT BRECONFROST 2-year-old. Very nice head with pleasant expression, good overall shape, strong topline and carrying a harsh coat. Unfortunately on the day this boy was not happy which affected his movement in both classes, despite a change of handler.

1st Blaney’s CH WINDBERG PAPARAZZI TO FENRIRKIN ShCM. 9-year-old seal and white bitch with a business-like attitude to the show ring. Good shape to head with dark eye and small ear. Good arch of neck to strong topline. Shorter harsh coat. Just enough leg and moderate angulation. She excels on the move, showing good reach and drive and showing no signs of slowing down
2nd Butler’s KAYTOO ANTARCTIC KUMA 7-year-old dog of good size and showing a lovely mature frame. Pleasing head with dark eye, larger ear. Carries a good topline and nicely shaped tail. Nice balanced angulation, sufficient bone and large feet. Steady, balanced movement.

Burgess’s CEDARCREEK FOREVER YOUNG AT MOUNTAINGLEN. 4-year-old bitch coming into maturity. Beautifully shaped head with correct eyes and ears, a good length of neck to a solid topline both standing and on the move. Lovely bone, balanced angulation and muscled throughout. Caught my eye with her easy, balanced movement around the ring which she did with a woo! One of those times an extra card was needed!

1st Horsman & Horsman Phoenix’s SNOW LEGEND BE MY LUCKY NORDICWINDS (imp RUS) 9-month-old with more to come. She has a wonderful outline on the stand. A lovely feminine expression on a well-proportioned head. A good layback of shoulder, solid straight legs and tidy feet. Correct angulation and well carried tail, she moved with balance and power.
2nd Horsman & Horsman Phoenix’s NORDICWINDS IN YOUR DREAMS. 10-month-old. A girl who didn’t have the strength of head I like. That said, her proportions were correct and she had moderate angulation throughout. Her movement was a bit unsettled to start but once she settled she showed good reach and drive.

1st Jelfs’ LAPEMA GIA VISTO JW. 19-month-old. Feminine looking bitch who was out of coat but still showing quality. Nice shape to head, a good arch to neck and holding a good topline. Adequate bone and a good depth of chest. Slightly longer in loin. Good, balanced side gait and straight coming and going.
2nd Roach & Pyper’s CELTICICE SELMA SAORLA. 3-years-old. A pleasing head with kind expression, correct eye and ear. Good quality coat and nice tail, good moderate angulation. Her movement was good when settled and she covered the ground well.

1st Clarke’s ELECTRA ILLA KUVIANARTOK AT WHITEOUT (imp POL). 2-years-old. A nice bitch with a lovely shape to her. A nicely shaped feminine head, good bone throughout. harsh coat and well set tail. Lovely, sound, effortless movement with good reach, holding a solid topline on the side gait and straight front and rear. Look forward to seeing her in maturity.
2nd Innes’s ICYCOOL ORIANA. 2-years-old. Another quality bitch with nice shaped head, good eye and ear. Good bone but less length of leg. Short, harsh coat. Well angled front and rear and had balanced movement around the ring.
3rd Dwyer & Wallace’s MARAHOOTAY HEARTLAND AT THUNDASPIRIT

1st Ellis’s CH CHAYO BLUE DIAMOND (ai) 5-years-old. Mature girl with a feminine look. Good broad skull with correct eyes and ears. Moderately arched neck, strong shoulders, well developed chest, good spring of rib. She carried plenty of bone and was muscular throughout. The angulation both front and rear gave her a good shape when stood. Lovely plumed tail carried well on the move. She strode out around the ring, covering the ground well and just pipped 2 to the CC.
2nd Page’s CEDARCREEK FROZEN IN TIME 4-years-old. A slightly smaller bitch than one but still correct throughout. Her head was feminine with well furred ears and dark oblique eyes. Lovely bone throughout with moderate angulation. Strength and muscle front and rear, she gave a pleasing outline both stood and on the move covering the ground with ease. RBCC
