I would like to say a big thank you to the committee of Midland Counties for inviting me to judge. Another big thank you must also go to my two
stewards on the day who kept everything organised in the ring for me. Although we were granted a large ring it did seem to cause problems with
the movement of the dogs going away and back. Whether this was caused by the surface or marks in the floor, I’m not sure. I had such quality dogs
entered in some classes that I had to make some difficult decisions in my placings. Thank you for entering these wonderful examples under me.

1. Mrs S & Mr K Hooley. Black Stripe. 10mths old. This p uppy appeared distracted with everything going on around him which was a shame. Broad head and muzzle in good proportion. Well off with plenty of bone. Unfortunately, in this class I had a problem with seeing his true movement.

1. Mrs S J Loades. Snowolf Blackpowder Charge 12 months old. Good proportioned head with broad skull. Good strength of neck. Plenty of bone. A very balanced outline. Good texture to coat. Moved out well with easy strides around the ring. Edged it to 1st place as I preferred his chest
when standing in profile.
2. Mr J & Mrs H Henworth. Snowolf Shot at The Knight to Wolfraven 12 months old. Litter mate to 1st and very similar in quality. They are so alike it was difficult to decide between them. Very balanced, which showed when moving on profile.
3. Mrs S & Mr K Hooley. Black Stripe See PD Movement was better in this class.

1. Mr J & Mrs J Horsman & Horsman-Phoenix. Snow Legend Zenith of Fame Nordicwinds JW (Imp Rus) 2 yr old. Expressive head in good proportion.
Good length of neck, deep chest. Plenty of bone. Good texture to coat. Best mover in class.
2. Misses E J & K L Dziergas & Ashworth. James Bond Illa Kuvianartok at Nunataq (Imp Pol) 21 mths old. A strong masculine male. Correct broad head. Strong neck. Plenty of bone and correct body shape. I would have preferred him more settled to see his movement better.

1. Mrs J & Mr J Whyman & Murray. Tailfly Heart of Gold. 3 yr old Strong pleasing masculine head with good eye placement. Strong neck and firm
topline. Plenty of bone. A pleasing balanced outline. Harsh coat. Moved with drive.

A Quality class,
1. Mr P & Mrs M Page. Ch Snow Legend Believe in You Cedarcreek JW (Imp Rus) 5 yr old. A strong broad head with correct ear set. Good length of neck and strong topline. Correct front with good shoulder placement. Balanced with moderate angles throughout. Good texture to coat.
Impressive strong movement showing reach and drive. BOB/DCC
2. Ms D Reid. Ch Austmans Cowboy Casanova at Jaydonspire 6 yr old Another well put together dog. Great head and expression. Excellent angulation front and rear. Good depth of chest. Moved well but I just preferred movement of 1 on the day.

A surprising and amazing class. Dogs did not show their age at all and were shown in excellent condition. Movement was exceptional.
1. Mrs S J Loades. Ch Snowolf Black Ice Buddy 8 yr old. What a joy to see this boy again and he didn’t disappoint, looking very good for age. Masculine head but not overdone. Feet and pasterns strong. A lovely balanced outline front and rear. Moved with powerful drive, holding

2. Mr D & Mrs E Walker. Ir Ch Lueldar Too Legit Too Quit Jun Ch 8 yr old Another quality male. Masculine well proportioned head. Strong neck leading to moderate front. Good bone with strong feet and pasterns. Moved with power from rear.

1. Miss R J Brown. Rumba Vasilyev Ostrov for Cupun (Imp Ukr) 11 mths A very together puppy. Lovely feminine head with good expression. Good
length of neck leading into moderate shoulders. Well balanced in front and rear which gives her a lovely outline when stood on profile. Again, movement very together when going around the ring. A very promising youngster. BP

1. Mrs J & Mrs G Haywood & Robertson. Winterchill’s Dark Mischief of Winterscall (Imp Can) 19mths old. Feminine head with lovely expression, everything in good proportion. Good length and strength of neck. Balanced in angles front and rear. Strong topline. I loved her outline and her movement was effortless as she moved around the ring. I could not keep my eyes off her. BCC
2. Mr D & Mrs E Walker. Slo Ch Lueldar Got Something to Say to You Jun Ch Club Winner 23 22mths A pretty feminine head. Moderately arched neck. Good bone. A balanced body front and rear with correct sloping topline which was held on the move.

1. Mr P & Mrs M Page. Snow Legend Zest for Life Cedarcreek (Imp Rus) 2yr old Lovely expressive feminine head. Good length of neck leading to nice angled shoulders. Good bone. Held topline when on the move. Moved with strong easy movement. RBCC
2. Mrs A Wilson. Arctictundra Taiya 6 yrs A strong feminine head. Good length of neck leading into good shoulders. Good depth to chest.

LB (7/4)
1. Miss L & Mr S Aitchison & Hurst. Kaskae’s Fire Opal (ai) 2 yr A pleasing feminine head. Moderately arched neck of good length leading to correct shoulders. A lovely balanced outline showing a sloping topline and good depth of chest. Powerful, easy movement.
2. Mrs M Butler. Paha Sapa Mals Blahnik via Kaytoo (Imp Ita) 4yr A stronger head than 1 but still feminine. Strong neck of good length. A firm topline. Showed a lovely balanced outline. Covered the floor with an easy stride. 

OB (6/3)
1. Miss R J Brown. Cupuns Masterpiece 3yr Strong head but still feminine and in proportion leading into a strong neck. Good depth of chest. Plenty of bone but not overdone. Not in full coat today but this showed off her true confirmation and balanced outline. Moved with power and drive.
2. Mr P & Mrs M Page. Ch The Magician Bloody Mary Cedarcreek (Imp Ita) 3 yr Lovely expressive feminine head. Strong moderately arched neck.
Good bone and body proportions. Shown in excellent coat. Excellent mover. A difficult decision between 1 & 2.

All dogs moved with power and drive around the ring, which was thoroughly enjoyable to see.
1. Miss N J Singh. Sledog Indian Monsoon (ai) 10 yr. A correct expressive feminine head. Strong neck of good length leading into a gentle sloping back. Good angulation and balanced throughout. Pasterns straight and strong. Moved with effortless reach and drive around the ring.
2. Mrs M Butler. Kaytoo Antarctic Anko 11yr. Quality very similar to 1. Head slightly finer but still in good proportion. Strong neck. Good angulation throughout. Moved freely around the ring.
