I don’t think this breed has improved since I last judged them in fact they have gone backwards regarding heads and tail carriage. Heads I found very plain and too long overall which gives them the wrong balance and expression, some had tails carriage which would be more likening to the Akita than the Alaskan.

1st: ELLIS Ms S Chayo Suspicious Minds. Smart looking youngster that was presented in tip top condition, still a lot of development to do at this such tender age, but at present quite balanced throughout and moved well in both directions.
2nd: SMITH, Mrs J E & SMITH Miss J Snowshoes Telmarine King, not quite the presence of winner, but lots to like, all male head with good ears, strong neck of good length, good bone and feet. Moved with purpose.

1st: 4904 WOODHEAD, Mrs G L & WOODHEAD Miss R H Noraisy Take My Breath Away. Came 3rd in last class, not bad to go over but needs to settle more and needs time to come together, productive mover in both directions, covered in a thick jacket.
2nd: 4903 WOODGATE Mr M Snowshoes Mountain Ranger . well up to size, male head, needs to broaden in forechest at present but good depth to ribbing, firm backline, a touch stilted on the move, needs more time to develop, presented in good order.

1st: 4871 ELLIS Ms S Chayo Time After Time . quite a pleasing dog but I would have liked better ears, quite well balanced throughout and gave a credible performance to take this class, prepared and presented in very good order.
2nd: 4885 JOHN Mrs C & Mr M Nyrakym’s All That Remains Samaljankan To Cristake. Well balanced dog but needs to mature and break in head at present, however, he had a really good chest and width for his age, held his topline well throughtout. Very clean condition.

1st: 4863 CAMERON Ms G Icewolf I’ll Be Back. This dog had the best head of the day by far, I did like his proportions overall, mature ribbing with a good topline, good coat covering and looked every bit an artic dog.
2nd: 4872 ELLIS Ms S Ch Chayo Klass Act JW . another nice dog but not as good in head qualities as winner, but I did think he had a better forward reach than winner, good ribbing and ample neck, prepared and presented in very good order.

1st: 4864 COPLEY-HOLLAND Mrs K E Ch Am Ch Adair ‘n’ Hug Casual Class (Imp USA). I quite liked this dog for is honesty, he had good leg ratio so important in this breed, good topline which he kept on gaiting around, pleased in many departments, good mover for a veteran and in fit condition.
2nd: 4878 INNES Mrs S & Mr B Pol & UK Ch Monikoona Appalachain Rock Of Icycool . another good dog of 8 years old well up on his feet, pleasing balance that gave a good performance on the move, good overlay which he kept on the move.

2nd: 4879 INNES Mrs S & Mr B Icycool Oriana. A little larger type than winner, feminine head piece with a good eye, ample neck, plenty of bone, ribbing coming nicely, touch too long cast at present, productive mover.

2nd: 4899 WINDLEY Mrs P M Royaltaylor Catwalk Queen. Not quite the balance of head as winner, but nevertheless a very good head with a feminine expression, good ears, strong neck with good bone and feet, not a bad mover in both directions.

1st: 4869 DRUCE, Miss K & DRUCE Miss C Koromandel On Strange Tides (ai) A very feminine bitch to view with very good balanced body, but the tail carriage let her down as this spoilt her outline both in stance and on the move. Good productive mover and presented in very good order.
2nd: 4891 ROACH, Mr G & PYPER Ms P Celticice Quinarius Nessie. Another feminine bitch but needs to be broader in head to give her better balance, bodily I thought she was very good, good bone and feet, nice topline firm rear quarters, a touch out of coat today.

Quite an honest bitch that has a lot going for her today although I would have preferred her to have a slightly better jacket, quite feminine head piece with a good expression, well matured rib with good length to foreleg,, won on finish today, moved OK. Presented in very good order.
2nd: 4884 JOHN Mrs C Chayo Rumour Has It For Cristakell . Another nice type but was out of coat which is a shame, however, very well built and with very good balance throughout, good productive mover in both directions.

Very hard condition with this bitch, feminine to view and what a happy specimen she was, very feminine in head with a sweet expression, good firm body and broad frechest, good rear and lovely topline , excellent tail carriage, good firm gaiting, good coat covering.
