I would like to thank the committee of Darlington Dog show for my appointment to Judge Alaskan Malamutes. It was a lovely day, and I was happy with the quality of exhibits.

1st: Mr Franco TOZZI Ch Am/It/Int Ch The Magician Uniroyal  7yrs old g/w Male, with lots to like. In good coat, well proportioned with a pleasing outline, a balanced dog on the move and standing. Mature masculine headpiece with correct bite and good ear/ eye placement. Excellent bone, and good spring of rib, Moved with drive and purpose. A credit to his owners With lots of ring presence. Best Veteran/Dog CC and Best Of Breed.

1st:  Mrs KL JELFS Chayo Fire It Up For Lapema. 10 months old G/W male with good proportions, developing well, with a well matured headpiece and lovely dark eye. Well off for bone, big feet with good depth, promising young male, one to watch. BP

Junior Dog 3/0
1st: Miss Laura AITCHISON & Mr Steven HURST Kaskae Eiffel For You. Another promising youngster, of good proportions, Gentle expression, with pleasing headpiece, plenty of drive and substance, just needs to settle in the ring, he should come together in time.
2nd: Mrs Louise & Mr Alan BURGESS & Mrs Marina PAGE Cedarcreek The Only Way Is Up. Close call between 1 and 2, Nice dog of good substance, maturing as he should. Maintained a good top line while moving around the ring with a Nice clean outline on the stand. In good coat.

1st: Mrs SJ LOADES Snowolf Blackpowder Charge. Seal & White dog, Balanced front & rear. Masculine head with Correct almond dark eye, well furred ear, and broad muzzle. Correct waving plume tail & set. Good depth of chest, moved with plenty of drive.

1st Mrs J PHOENIX Snow Legend Be My Lucky Nordicwinds ( Imp Rus) JW. Lovely feminine girl, who I have admired before, very typy with a excellent headpiece and correct bite. In good , overall good proportions, with good spring of rib. Correct harsh coat, just didn’t have that final sparkle in challenge for BV.

1st: Mr J & Mrs J SHEEHAN  Powderhounds Sparks Will Fly at Amaqqut. (Imp USA). g/w bitch with lots to like, a little out of coat, but nothing to hide, of correct texture. Lovely feminine head with correct bite, well off for bone , of good proportions front & rear , moved with ease.

1st: Mrs SJ LOADES Snowolf Blackpowder Sizzle. seal/white girl in good coat, lovely sweet expression with pleasing head, and dark eye. Really nice bitch of correct proportions , who moved around the ring with ease and remained balanced throughout. Very close between her and the open bitch, RCC.
2nd: Mr A & Mrs L BURGESS Tolketna Top Of The World to Mountainglen.. Larger bitch, in good coat, good bone and structure. Moved with drive.

1st: Mrs Marina & Mr Patrick PAGE Ch The Magician Bloody Mary Cedarcreek (Imp ITA) 5 yr old G/w bitch in fabulous condition, with correct front and deep chest, lovely feminine head with a kind expression. Didn’t disappoint on her run around, excellent front and rear assembly which she moved around the ring with ease. Gave the Dog CC a run for his money. BCC
2nd : Mrs KE COPLEY-HOLLAND Katabatics Troubleshooter JW. Average sized girl, with overall good proportions, in good coat, clean neck and pretty head with correct bite, excellent side gait. Moved ok, would have liked a looser lead.
