I would like to thank the Committee of Darlington Championship Dog show. For the opportunity to award Challenge Certificates to the Alaskan Malamute breed.  The show was well organised and had a great atmosphere, the weather was perfect, the dogs were all happy and relaxed.
Some things to point out I found a few level and undershot bites in the dogs, but on the whole, I was pleased with the entrants, all the dogs were a credit to their owners being turned out clean, well groomed,

1^st BV & RES DCC.  Mountstephens & Pullin. CH Inupiat’s Qulit Henrick At Whitewalker. Excellent breed type, well proportioned throughout, substantial bone, lovely masculine head, good pigment and dark eye, correct ear set, beautiful broad muzzle with tight flews, large teeth with correct bite, moderately arched neck leading to a firm top line, good length of loin, lovely tail carriage, deep chested with good spring of rib, balanced angulations, he moved with purpose having good reach and drive.
2^nd Butler’s Kaytoo Antarctic Kuma. Lovely boy slightly smaller in build than 1^st, nice overall outline, masculine head with correct eye and ear placement, strong teeth with scissor bite, firm topline on the move, balanced angulation, harsh coat, in fit, toned condition.

1^st & BPIB. Horseman-Phoenix. Nordicwinds Grtest Showman. Good head that he still has to grow into, nice dark eye and pigment, good bite, nice moderately arched neck leading to a firm top line, and correct tail carriage on the move, good spring of rib balanced angulation to front and rear, look forward to seeing this boy mature.

2^nd Mrs A. Vasarhelyl. Okinstar I’m The Man. Nice wedge shaped head, correct pigment, short stop dark eye, correct bite. Well laid back shoulder, good spring of rib, slightly longer in the loin to 1^st, decent top line. Moved with drive.

Walker .Lueldar Ready To Rumble (AI) Black and White Dog, with good head, short stop, good pigment, correct ear & eye placement. moderately arched neck, leading to correctly sloping top line, correct tail set and carriage, well laid back shoulder, and good spring of rib, balanced angulations to both front and rear, moved with power and drive, correct harsh coat.
2^nd Miss.J.Saye. Mokalin Mountain Wilderness. Agouti dog. Lovely out line, moved well, but I could not fully assess him, due to him being unsettled.

Beautiful masculine head, correct ear and eye placement, short stop, broad muzzle, correct bite, nice moderately arched neck leading to a firm slightly sloping top line, correct tail set, balanced angulations to front and rear well off for bone, lovely correct harsh clean coat, moved with ease, showing good reach and drive.

1^st. Dog C.C & BOB. Mr & Mrs E&D Walker. Lueldar Too Legit to Quit. Jun CH. CJW16. This boy really caught my eye, beautiful masculine wedge shaped head, short stop, almond shaped dark eyes, broad muzzle, correct bite, nice small ears with thick leather and well furred, lovely moderately arched neck of good length, leading to correct moderately sloping top line, beautiful tail set and waving plume, well muscled and good bone, well laid back shoulder, good spring of rib, balanced angulations to front and rear, short hocks, good large feet with well arched toes, harsh clean coat, moved with power and drive, well deserved Dog CC and BOB.
2^nd Mrs S. Loades CH. Snowolf Black Ice Buddy. Another lovely Black and White boy, good masculine head, short stop, dark almond shaped eyes, good well placed ears, broad muzzle, correct bite. Arched neck of good length leading to moderately sloping top line, good tail set and carriage, strong forechest, out of under coat but top coat was clean and harsh, balanced angulations, moved with reach and drive.

1st Mrs E. & Mr. D. Walker Ir.CH. INT. CH Lueldar Dixie Chick. Jun CH. ANCH 15 CJW15.WPD. Lovely black and white girl. Feminine head with soft expression,dark almond shaped eyes dark pigment, correct bite, gentle arch neck of good length leading to firm top line with correct tail set and carriage, well developed fore chest, good spring of rib, enough bone, well toned condition, balanced angulations to front and rear, moved with drive and power.
2^nd Mrs. M. Butler Kaytoo Antarctic Anko. Very feminine girl, with correct head, short stop, almond shaped dark eye, correct bite good pigment, arched neck of good length leading to correctly sloping top line, good tail set and carriage, lighter on bone than 1^st. balanced angulations to front and rear, good strong feet, move with grace and ease.

Copley-Holland Katabatics Force Of Won (IA) Feminine head, short stop and almond shaped eyes soft expression, gently arched neck leading to a good top line, still needs to develop and mature, so plenty of time for everything to fall into place, little leggy at the moment and out of coat, but top coat a nice harsh texture, moved well.

1^st Mrs J & Mr. J. Horseman-Phoenix Nordicwinds Miss Marvel. Pretty 8 month old girl, pleasing out line, feminine head, short stop and almond shaped dark eyes correct bite, good pigment arched neck leading to firm top line and correct tail set and carriage, fore chest needs to develop a little, but good spring of rib, well balanced angulations to front and rear, very good feet with well arched toes, good coat of harsh texture.

1^st Miss a Vasaheli Okninstar All Of The Lights. Black & White girl with correct feminine head, good placement of ear and eyes, short stop, good pigment, correct bite, good arched neck and firm top line, balanced angulations to front and rear, moved with power and drive, moved with drive, was a little timid on the day.

2nd Ms. G. Cameron. Sutarka Sala Delle Asse. Grey girl with a feminine head, short stop, almond shaped dark eyes, well placed ear set, good dark pigment, correct bite, strong neck and top line, correct tail set and carriage, good angulations to front and rear, harsh coat, enough bone, moved with drive.

1^{st &} BCC Miss A. Campbell & Mr. I Elliot. Ch Packice Nelden Winterling. Seal Girl and one of the most “sound” girls I have seen for some time, nothing over done with her, beautiful head, short stop, oblique set almond shaped dark eyes, soft expression, correct bite, moderately arched neck of good length leading to firm, moderately sloping top line, correct tail set and carriage, lovely waving plume, deep fore chest and good spring of ribs, firm loin, well laid back shoulders set over well boned front legs, short strong hocks and tight well arched feet and toes, moderate angle to rear stifles strong hocks to rear, harsh textured coat, moved solidly with reach and drive. A pleasure for me to award her with the BCC, she so deserved.
2^nd.  & Resv. BCC  Mrs. S. Innes Icycool Oriana. Lovely sable girl, with nice head and soft expression, correct ears and dark eye placement, good pigment, correct bite, arched neck and moderately sloping top line, correct tail set and carriage, well laid back shoulders, strong fore chest, good spring of rib. Enough bone, balanced front and rear, correct harsh coat, moved with drive.
