I would like to thank the committee of Bournemouth C.A. for giving me this opportunity to award CC’s in my breed. Also thank those exhibitors who entered & to those who messaged me with good wishes, it is completely understandable in the current economic climate decisions have to made on which shows to attend.
Most dogs were in their summer wear, with hardly any undercoats to be seen on the day, so no penalties there. All temperaments were excellent. A couple of level bites which needs to be watched & I am pleased to say there wasn’t one overweight dog

1 Ellis-Payne Chayo Spellbinder. At 10 months he has a strong head but not overdone, darkest of eyes & correct bite. Arched neck of good length leading on to well laid shoulders. Good body proportions & correct tail & set. Well let down hocks. Parallel front on to tidy feet. Moved around the ring with purpose & drive, should tighten up more with maturity. BP

1 Brandenburg & Smith Chayo It’s Kurt for Taronakits. Well built 16 month old, good bone. Pleasing head with a dark eye. Correct body proportions & good rear angulation. Correct set tail.

1 Smith & Smith Snowshoes Who dares Wins. A 2 1/2 yr old male of good size. Broad skull, correct bite. Parallel front legs. In good coat even without undercoat. Slightly long in body. Well set tail, carried beautifully. Good rear angulation.

1 Ellis-Payne Ch Chayo Cause Celebre. Super 4yr old male. Just maturing & in coat. Well boned throughout. Excellent head proportions with a dark eye. Straight front legs on to tight feet. Correct body proportions. Good angulation front & rear helped him power around the ring with an easy stride whilst holding his topline. DCC & BOB
2 Jelfs Lapema Malizioso 2 ½ year old. Another quality dog of correct proportions. Head not quite finished yet but with a nice dark eye. Well boned with a sloping topline. Correct tail & set. Moved well but preferred the easy rhythmic stride of 1. Res DCC

1 Anderson Tokosha Beyond The Limits To Cherubini. 91/2 year old in great condition. Heavily boned, Strong head & powerful front on to small tight feet. In good coat. Good rear angulation & moved around the ring well for his age. Such a shame there wasn’t a BV competition.

1 Mountstephens & Pullin Whitewalker Winter’s Gold. 8 mth old pretty bitch. Feminine head with dark eye, correct bite & thick well furred ears. Correct set tail & carriage. Slightly lighter type but stood on nice tight feet with good angulation front & rear which helped her move out well around the ring and ultimately earned her best puppy bitch.

1 Smith & Smith Snowshoes Torvi Loved this little girl when she entered the ring, feminine head with a strong muzzle & dark eye. Good body proportions. Very good coat & tail carriage. Good rear angulation but needs to tighten on the move.

1 Jelfs Lapema Bella Dannata 18 months old & giving her handler a hard time today. Nice head with a strong muzzle, large feet, correct coat but sadly lacking, good tail & rear angulation. Would like to see her when mature & in coat. Overall, a very nice bitch.

1 Murray & Murray Snowmischief If I Can Dream. 3 yr old & another one completely lacking in coat except on her strong mature head. Good angulation but slightly light in bone. Moved out well. Would like to see her in full coat.

1 York Chayo Starstruck With Snowstruck Substantial upstanding bitch of 2 1/2 years. Strong head. Good length of neck, straight front legs on to tidy feet. Solid body Well set tail & carriage, moved out smartly.
2 Ellis-Payne Chayo Distinctive. Another lovely bitch & splitting hairs between 1 & 2, just felt the extra 6 months gave 1 the edge on maturity. Very pretty head with dark eye & small thick ears. Good bone & large feet. In good coat. Good angulation. Moved well. Will watch out for her in the future.

1 Mountstephens & Pullin Whitewalker Winterfell. 4 Yrs old & maturing nicely. Not the heaviest built bitch but she is strong, powerful & well muscled & this showed on the move. Good angulation gave a long ground covering stride with a lovely side gait. In good coat & a lovely tail set & carriage. BCC
2 Jelfs Lapema Gia Visto. 4yr old. A substantial bitch, hiding nothing today. Nice head & reach of neck. Good bone & feet. Correct angulation & moved out well. An honest bitch who I would have on my team anyday.
