I would like to thank all exhibitors for supporting me in my first CC judging appointment. A fantastic and very strong entry with quality running through the classes did not make for an easy job! My thanks also to the committee for the invitation to judge, for their warm welcome and hospitality and to my stewards on the day who were wonderful. Overall I was extremely pleased with the exhibits, most were in super condition, some between coats but I was disappointed to find several who were under or overweight something I would not expect of a working dog. On the whole temperaments were sound I’m pleased there has been some improvement since my last appointment.

Minor puppy dog (2,1a)
1) Walker’s Lapema Doppio Massimo
Just six months old but what a little beauty. Very strong headpiece, nice length and arch of neck, good shape holding his topline well on the move for such a youngster. Good depth of chest, well off for bone, lovely front and nicely angled rear. Beautiful tail set and carriage. Pleased to award him BPD and BPIB

Puppy Dog (5,1a)

2) John’s Cristakell Fidelius
Lovely thick coat, strong head, stop not overdone, dark eye obliquely set, ample bone, good front, neat feet, slightly sloping topline with tail well set on, lovely side gait. Scored on movement.

Junior Dog (7,1a)
1) Walker’s Lueldar’s Bad To The Bone
Lots to like about this young male Lovely proportions and balance. Great head, broad skull with well placed ears. Dark eye, good stop and length of muzzle, bite good. Straight front with short pasterns and strong feet, rear well angled and muscled, tail carried well. Easy mover on the go round.
2) Syson’s Icewolf Eyes On The Prize
Eyecatching young lad who is a lovely example of the breed. Smaller in size than one but still a lot to like about him. He has a great outline and loved his side gait and tail carriage. Thick stand off coat, plenty of bone, small well furred ears, head not overdone in anyway. Just not quite enough of him weightwise for me.

1) Cawthera Purdy’s Chayo Pulling Power At Livera
A dog who liked to give his handler a challenge but worthy winner in a very good class. Very well constructed, lovely shape with strong front, deep chest, lovely spring of rib and length of loin. Thick harsh coat. Small thick ears broad muzzle, moderate stop. Well arched neck going into sloping topline. Tailset ok but would prefer loser tail carriage. When settled moves with purpose
2) Dolan’s Ishjamani Hey Joe
Imposing male full of type and substance. Beautiful headpiece, body longer in length than one but still good proportions, nicely off for bone, correct harsh coat standing off body, well furred tail carried well. He just needs to tighten up on the move but will be one to watch for the future.

1) Wolfe’s Hawkeye Polani Usvit Within Dreamwolves (Imp)
Handsome male full of ring presence. In super condition, well muscled and on the go moves out with such power and purpose. Lovely head, good bite, moderate proportions all round, straight front strong feet . Lovely tail carriage. Was very pleased to award him RCC
2) Waker’s Casiat Fuori Dal Mondo Di Alchawak JW ShCM
Attractive red and white male. Good head, strong front and deep chest. In plush jacket. Sloping topline with nice outline, in harsh condition and his workability showed on the move.

1) Ellis’s Ch Chayo All Eyes On Me
Cannot deny the quality of this male. Beautifully proportioned and so well balanced. In super condition well muscled throughout and made it look so effortless on the move. Handsome head with lovely small thick ears. Great front assembly, strong rearquarters and feet. Firm topline, In great plush harsh coat. Exceptionally well handled and presented. CC, BOB and very happy to see him awarded Group 3
2) Bebiano’s Malta Ch Lux Ch Bel Ch Biss Ich Ch Equinox Woodvram Polarni Usvit JW ShCM
Different type to one but still a classy dog. Attractive head with dark eye and small well set ears. Deep chest, good lay of shoulder, moderate neck length, strong topline, loin not to long with nice tail set. Well presented and when settled moved out well.

Veteran Dog (2,1a)
1) Jackson’s Kaiyuh Mongoose at Sockeye
Nicely off for bone and muscle. Good correct coat, strong attractive head. Deep chest, good spring of rib, quite rangy but held his topline well and moved like he wants to go places.

Minor Puppy Bitch (2,0)
1) Pennings, Cameron and McGrae’s Chayo Taylor Made
Very much a baby, lovely pretty girl feminine head, dark eye, correct bite, ears well placed. Sound in front and rear, correct harsh thick coat, great little mover once settled. Pleased to award her best puppy bitch
2) Moran’s Chayo All That Dazzles for Totalaskan
Another pretty bitch, slightly longer length than 1, sets herself well displaying true front and well angled rear. Good width in chest. In reasonable jacket. Moved ok but her front needs to tighten, tendency to roll a little. Nevertheless she has a bright future. Well presented.

Puppy Bitch (3,1a)
1) White’s Shadow Who Do You Think I Am
Seal and white young girl. Makes a nice shape, feminine head, dark eye, well defined muzzle, good ears. Front ok and good rear angles. When she settled she moved well.
2) Davey and Greenaway’s Snobruk Forever Wintatrails
Young girl, who needs to drop a little bit of weight consequently lost out on the move. Still a very pretty lady with attractive headpiece, sufficient bone, good coat. Outline and shape not as defined as 1, her topline will come in time.

Junior Bitch (8,2a)
Loved both these girls of very similar type so splitting hairs on placings but 1 won on her effortless movement.
1) Jackson’s Inupiats Be-Bop-a-lu-la
This youngster can move and make it look easy. On the go she looked super, lovely reach and drive, strong topline, good length in body and nice tail. Straight front and good rear angles. Pasterns short and strong. Feminine head, dark eye if I were to be picky I would like a little bit more stop.
2) Forsey and Louch’s Magician Day Before You Came at Muzoku (Imp)
My initial class winner but let her handler down on the move. Otherwise a lovely dog in great condition, good coat, super front, pasterns and feet. Head feminine stop not overdone, strong muzzle good bite. Well arched neck good shoulder placement, well ribbed and adequate length in body. Pleasing tail.

Novice Bitch (2,0)
1) Clarke’s Indian Dreamcatcher Illa Kuvianartok at Whiteout
Substantial red and white girl. Beautiful features, lovely shape, plenty of chest and depth in body. Front straight with short pasterns. She moved with purpose.

Post Graduate Bitch (9,0)
1) Dunk’s Lapema Angelo Di Armonia
Very pretty bitch with an awful lot to like about her. sufficient bone and substance. Attractive head with strong feminine features. Lovely outline, nice waving plume on the go, moved well. competently presented.
2) John’s Chayo Rumour has it for Cristakell
Different type to one but she has a great deal to offer.Thick harsh coat, sloping topline, shorter in body than 1. Ample bone, good feet and tail. Once she had settled she moved with ease.

Limit Bitch (10,1a)
A very impressive class full of quality
1) Nawrocka’s BIS Roma Monikoonas Sunrise (IMP)
Feminine with lots of substance. Strong head, arched neck firm topline and loin, good spring of rib and depth in chest. Nicley balanced with good length of leg, front true on the move and lovely side gait. In good coat and condition, beautifully presented and handled. Earned her a well deserved RCC.
2) Greenhill’s Monikoona Pinacolada
Another impressive bitch, still very much a youngster but her immaturity did nt show, very well schooled. Short thick correct coat, well angled rear with good length in hock, straight front with chest coming on. Makes a lovely shape with moderate proportions and balance.

Open Bitch (11,2a)
A difficult yet super class made so by the depth in excellence.
1) Ellis’s Chayo Blue Velvet
Outstanding bitch who oozes quality and stands there saying ‘look at me’. She excels in everything, beautifully proportioned and feminine, with great head, good length and strength in muzzle, correct bite, ample length of well arched neck , super muscled frame, correct thick harsh coat. Her front was straight and true with tidy feet, rear was equally as sound. Excelled in movement, so much reach and drive yet without effort. Superbly handled and presented. Very pleased to award her BCC.
2) Ellis’s Am Ch Pure Crystal
Another quality bitch who was expertly handled and presented. Gave 1 a run for her money. Moved with drive and purpose and has lovely side gait. Beautiful feminine features, has a lovely shape and topline, ample bone. Good front. Strong well angled rear with let down hocks. In excellent coat and condition.

Veteran Bitch (6,1a)
1)Morts Arcticbreeze Lady Imocara
In fantastic condition and would put some of the youngsters to shame. Makes a lovely shape with good topline. Very pretty head, well off for bone. Super coat.
2) Roach and Pypers Dankatcha’s Shilling at Celticice
8 year old who was full of life. Plenty of substance, in good jacket still making a good outline of good proportions. Not quite the finish of one.
