My thanks to the Club for this very kind invitation & my very efficient stewards who kept me going so well. Presentation in all was excellent as were temperaments. Heads were good in both sexes and on the whole so were the toplines and muscle in the majority of exhibits. Although I have to mention my surprise at finding a handful of exhibits who were too deep in chest & to my eye far too heavy for this breed! I must mention also that whether you agreed with my choices or not, the ringside applause for the classes made a lovely atmosphere and showed, by example, true sportsmanship for which I thank you all.

Minor Puppy Dog
1. Page D’Alkontres Don’t Stop Believin’ Cedarcreek (Imp) 6.5 mths and already has a well proportioned head, pleasing outline & nice muscle tone throughout for age. He looks good in stance and easy on the move should mature well. Very promising
2. Dobson & Zettin Meliodas of Moon and Stars 7 mths and similar in many aspects to the above with nice outline & muscle. Head is coming well and he covers the ground well just looks a tad leggy at the moment.

Puppy Dog
1. Sutton Icewolf Midsommer Dream 11mth & so much to like, his head has good proportions & well set eyes. Good outline, firm topline and fair strength in his loin and thighs for his age. His balance again is appropriate for age and he strides out well using his hocks for power. He is not quite true at the moment but a few more weeks of development will take care of that. ResBPiS

Yearling Dog
1. Raby Kaskae La Viola at Icemoon good masculine head with super dark eye & well set ears. Good outline with firm topline strong loin and well made thighs. This coupled with the correct moderate angulation gives smooth movement with the appropriate driver & reach. Good profile stride too
2. Colton Chayo Play with Fire another good masculine head with dark eyes. His outline is good he is well muscled & is balanced in angulation pm the move he covers the ground well and has good rear drive but was a tad wide in front today.

Post Graduate Dog
1. Partridge-Bebb Kaskae Show me The Monet Avec Keighanya 2yr old with very good head, dary eye & very good ears. Good form topline, strong loin & good thigh muscle. Deep chest & balanced angulation which in turn gives him good drive from well used hocks, correct forward reach and good profile stride RCC
2. Jelfs Chayo Fire it Up for Lapema very close up to one with good muscle tone through, and angulation OK too. Masculine head with good eye & ears. Moves out well with drive from his hocks just not quite as firm in front as the above

Limit Dog
1. Aitchison & Hurst Kaskae Eiffel For You 2yrs with good head, correct skull to muzzle & dark eyes. Strong topline & loin, good muscle through. Super feet and well boned. Moved well once settled and uses his hocks for power.
2. Prescott Dreamwolves Time of My Life another good masculine head, well muscled through with good feet. Nice chest depth & angulation. Moves well once settled but would like a little bit firmer front

Open Dog
1. Phoenix Ch. Nordicwinds Grtest Showman impressive in stance with good outline, strong topline & firm muscle on his loin and thighs. Good chest, strong bone & great feet also has a good texture to coat with good undercoat too. To complete the picture he has a good masculine head, dark ete and well set ears. On the move his moderate angulation comes into play giving the impression of patent power from well used hocks to his good forward reach, Could not be denied the CC & later BIS today
2. Jelfs Ch. Lapema Malizioso lots of the above qualities are in this dog too, similar head, angulation & quality of muscle which gives good movement all ways, Just for me today he looked rather heavy for my interpretation of the standard.

Minor Puppy Bitch
1. Dobson Elizabeth of Moon and Stars very pretty feminine puppy head with lovely dark eye. Overall shape, chest, muscle tone and angulation all balanced and appropriate for age. In nice coat with good texture. On the move a real surprise as she already uses her hocks to give a nice amount of drive and strides out so positively just had to be BPiS
2. Innes Icycool’s Athena so similar to one with another pretty head & eye, Overall shape & muscle tone is good and she also moved out so well. These two could change places on another day

Puppy Bitch
1. Elizabeth of Moon and Stars repeat from MPB
2. Lapema Never Trust The Living lovely expression on this feminine head, good eye & ears. Good outline and well bodied. She was more settled and moved freer in this class

Junior Bitch
1. Smith Snowshoes Time for Jenga 12 mths with such a happy character. Pretty head, well muscled through and firm topline & loin. Angulation not yet balanced but correct for age and she moves out easily to cover the ground. A joy to watch BJB

Yearling Bitch
1. Smith Snowshoes Sweet Symphony 18 mth and what a little cracker. Lovely outline, well muscled, moderate angulation
plus good bone and feet. She uses her hocks to drive off and came at me straight and true & landed four square! Considered for the RCC

Post Graduate Bitch
1. Hughes Arctictribes Strange Magic to Ukluk well proportioned feminine head & eye. Coat has good texture, nice depth to chest and firm muscle tone. Moves out well to cover the ground, sound fore and aft and good profile stride too.
2, Prescott Lueldar Beautiful Rosa of Bearnortham again a nice feminine head & eye. She is slightly smaller cast than the above and a bit more compact. Not as animated on the move as one and needs to firm up a little behind but that should come with time.

Limit Bitch
1. Perfitt Smajoe Seelie Queen really caught my eye with her lovely head, dark eyes and well set ears. Good firm neck flows into good strong topline and loin, also has well muscled thighs. Correct moderate angulation, quality bone and great feet. She moves out with purpose showing the reach, drive and stride the Standard ask for could not be denied the CC today.
2. Brown Rumba Vasil Yev Ostrov for Cupun (Imp) yet another quality bitch with a lovely head, correct angulation and well muscled. She also moves with power and positive action but just could not match the above today so had to settle for RCC
3. Sheehan Powderhounds Sparks Will Fly at Amaqqut (Imp) I have to mention this one as she completed this great trio of quality bitches such a strong class with really good breed type on show. She also has a lovely feminine head, good eye and strong topline. Well muscled and angulation nicely balanced and another who moves out well

Open Bitch
1. Innes Icycool Ottowa mature bitch with good head & eye. Well built and strongly muscled. Angulation is fine and she moves out well but not quite as animated as the last class. She did feel to be a little heavier through which could be why.
2. Pullin & Mountstephens Whitewalker Winter’s Gold good overall make and shape, well proportioned head. Correct angulation and moved out well just not quite the same strength in hind action as the above today.

Veteran Bitch 7+
1. Aitchison & Hurst Kaskae My Wonderwall lovely headed mature B with lovely eyes and expression. Coat has good texture, chest is deep and muscle is strong throughout giving great firm topline and loin. Moderately angulated so she moves out with the correct stride, reach & drive to show what a good veteran can do to belie her years.
2. Perfitt-Jones Samjoe’s The One and Only 8 yr young B with a young handler who certainly knows (and showed) how to handle a B almost as big as him and get the very best out of her to show off her good movement, up down and around the ring. Well done young man!

Spec. Veteran Bitch 10+
1. John Cristakell April Showers at Chardicea wow 11yrs young and still giving it all. Lovely head, dark eyes & well set ears. Outline is great and topline is still strong and loin firm. Good muscle also on thighs & correct angulation which meant that on the move she still shows, reach, drive & good stride. What a super example of the lasting quality of this lovely breed. BViS
